Sovarity is a registered trademark of GijzenDMA B.V. This privacy statement applies to the website sovarity.eu and explains what personal data Sovarity collects from visitors and how it is processed.

This statement applies exclusively to data collected via the website. Data that clients process through the Sovarity platform is governed by a separate data processing agreement (DPA) concluded per contract.

1. Purpose, data and retention period

1.1 Contact via the web form

When you submit the contact form on sovarity.eu, we process the following data:

Name
Company name
Email address
Phone number (if provided)
Subject and message content

Purpose: responding to your question or request.
Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Retention period: a maximum of 12 months after last contact, unless an ongoing business relationship justifies a longer retention period.

2. Cookies

Sovarity does not currently use tracking or analytical cookies. Functional cookies may be used to support the operation of the website. When we introduce analytical cookies, this statement will be updated and your consent will be requested where legally required.

3. Disclosure practices

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except:

where we are required to do so by law or court order;
in the event of a takeover, merger or sale of our organisation, in which case your data may be transferred to the new owner.

Sovarity takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Only staff who require access to carry out their duties have access to your data.
